  • We currently ship within Canada only. Shipping availability may vary depending on weather conditions and the season.

  • Orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays to help prevent plants from spending the weekend in transit. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days.

  • All plants are shipped bare root, carefully wrapped and protected to help them arrive safely. Each package is prepared with care to reduce movement and protect the plants during transit.

  • Yes, we offer a live arrival guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or does not survive the delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of arrival with clear photos of the plant and packaging. We will review the situation and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.
